Grant Development and Project Management
Bountiful’s core services include grant writing and proposal management for grant applications. In collaboration with clients, we review proposal guidelines from different funders (federal, state, private foundations etc.), and we write, revise, and edit grant proposals and letters of intent. During this process, we will handle all management of applications requirements, including finalizing narratives, crafting budgets, and submitting proposals. This also involves collating required documents, (e.g., project narratives, budgets, logic models, timelines, 990s, resumes, etc) and managing online and hard copy submissions.
Bountiful evaluates the grant and fundraising readiness of an organization to determine the effectiveness of current processes, fundraising successes, and preparation for grant applications and funder solicitations. Bountiful meets virtually, corresponds in writing, and talks directly with key organization personnel to understand programs, projects, and initiatives and discuss approaches to funding opportunities and funder solicitation.

Program Design
Bountiful works with clients to understand the current fundraising landscape and design mission-focused programs and projects that balance organization values with funder interests. This includes identifying needs for additional information, data, or documents to meet deadlines, specific funder requirements, and fundraising best practices.
Bountiful thoughtfully integrates an organization’s funding priorities into planning and funder research to create a unique pipeline of grant and report deadlines, as well as larger fundraising benchmarks for specific projects or initiatives.

Beyond grant writing, Bountiful also drafts philanthropy-focused collateral materials and development resources (e.g., case statements, major gift proposals, appeal letters, impact reports, newsletters, etc.) to use for fundraising and stewardship purposes, both externally and internally.
Post-Award Administration
For organizations with successfully awarded proposals or generous gifts from major donors, we provide post-award administration and stewardship support, which includes setting up calendar reminders, tracking grant awards, creating reports, helping to manage CRM data, and more.
