Diamond Coleman
Diamond Coleman (she/her) serves as the Manager of Client Services + Operations of Bountiful, where she assists in stewarding relationships with community partners, streamlining internal and external communication, as well as writing and editing grant proposals.
About Diamond
Diamond has an extensive background working with nonprofit organizations and government agencies in the Washington, DC area and has helped support, build, and implement systems of organization within Development and Operations departments. These efforts have resulted in processes and procedures that are still in place to this day. It is her fervent desire to continue creating systems of structure that allow for sustainable growth and development. Diamond has worked with nonprofit organizations spanning several sectors including environmental activism, maternal health, arts, and social/human services.
Outside of her work at Bountiful, Diamond is an avid reader, ceramist, and writer with a passion for literature, poetry, food equity, and locating the best cup of chai in the DMV. Diamond earned a BA in Political Science from Salisbury University and a MA in Cultural Sustainability from Goucher College.
